Dear Sir or Madam,
by sending a recruitment application to APT 4 WORK Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław 50-244, pl. Św. Macieja 21 you agree to the processing by us of your personal data included in the recruitment application in order to conduct the recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement.
The administrator of your personal data will be APT 4 WORK Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wroclaw 50-244, pl. Św. Macieja 21.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is:
– the provision of law, i. e. Article 22′1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 the Labour Code (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
– as regards the other information you disclose, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)

If you provide us with your data in a broader scope than provided for in Article 22′1 of the Act of 26 June 1974, you are obliged to provide us with such data. If you want to give us your telephone number, e-mail address or send us a photo, please include the following in your CV:
“I agree to the processing by APT 4 WORK Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław of personal data contained in my recruitment application, disclosed in a broader scope than specified in Article 22′1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code”.

We will process your data for the purpose of recruitment in our current recruitment process for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of your CV.

If you agree, we may retain your data for future recruitment purposes for a maximum period of 3 years. With this permission, we will automatically process your application for each subsequent recruitment we make.

If you want us to keep your CV in our database, place the following additional consent in your CV: “I agree to the processing by APT 4 WORK Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław of personal data contained in my application for recruitment purposes”.

Please note that you may revoke your consent at any time without giving any reason. Simply send an e-mail to biuro@apt4work.eu

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
Your submission of the information specified in Article 22′1 of the Labour Code is necessary for the processing of your application. Providing your remaining data and consenting to the processing of your data for future recruitment is voluntary, and not providing it will not affect your participation in the current recruitment process.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at the e-mail address piotrkowalczuk@piast.info.pl and in writing at the registered office for all matters relating to your personal data.

You have the right to access your data, including obtaining copies of them, correcting them, demanding their deletion, limiting their processing, objecting to the processing and transferring the given data (the processing of which you have consented) to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers such as hosting and information systems providers.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
